   Our Lord Jesus Christ was born in the home of his virgin mother named Mary, in the city of David, called Bethlehem, Bathsheba, and Beersheba, nearly 2,017 years ago according to the Ethiopian calendar. This city was a Beta city (B.C.) and knew no love. The Star of David, or Halley's Comet, indicated the place and date of birth of our Lord Jesus Christ to the Magi Melchior, Caspar, and Balthazar, who offered him gold as a symbol of earthly kingship, frankincense as a symbol of divinity, and myrrh (an embalming oil) as a symbol of death. *This dates back to Origen in Contra Celsum: "gold, as to a king; myrrh, as to one who was mortal; and incense, as to a God." - PEACE.
