I RECOMMEND THE CURRENT WHO DIRECTOR-GENERAL, TEDROS ADHANOM, TO REPLACE THE CURRENT UN SECRETARY-GENERAL, ANTÓNIO GUTERRES, IN THE NEXT ELECTION OF THE UN SECRETARY-GENERAL.

   I recommend the current WHO Director-General, Tedros Adhanom, to replace the current UN Secretary-General, António Guterres, in the next election of the UN Secretary-General. I hope this proposal will ensure balance within the organization and my peaceful and permanent settlement in New York. My proposal imposes no obligations on the United Nations or the world. PEACE.
