The Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, must reform the organization and effectively combat avian influenza (also known as coronavirus) through an appropriate geopolitical and health-related approach. He must also resolve fundamental rights violations, including human rights, and conflicts through dialogue, create jobs for skilled personnel worldwide, and establish new leadership to reduce costs and ensure security.
