The United Nations must accept and implement the Almighty God's (the Holy Trinity's) plan for global transformation. Therefore, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, must accept and implement my sincere request to return peacefully and permanently to New York, as I have sufficient funds within the United Nations, I have no criminal record in the United States of America, and I am entitled to carry out the mission God has entrusted to me within the United Nations.
