A scene straight out of a movie: the magnificent New York City skyline under a brilliant blue sky, with its towering skyscrapers and the river in the background. An engineer, architect, and urban planner, in work clothes, hard hat, and sunglasses, is constructing the Hamere Noah Covenant of Mercy Church on a vast, underutilized corner lot on St. Nicholas Avenue, near 135th Street, in the West Harlem neighborhood of New York City. This building, blending Classical (a striking central circular dome and rounded hexagons) and Gothic styles, comprises the hexagonal and circular domed church, an exterior bell tower, a fountain, and various outbuildings. The camera follows and highlights the church with fluid and precise movements, capturing both wide panoramic shots and close-ups that reveal the incredible skill and determination of the engineer, architect, and urban planner, as well as the construction methods he employs. The soft sunlight highlights the texture of the entire structure, and in particular the magnificence of the church and all the other buildings.
