SCENE 1: EXT. UNITED NATIONS HEADQUARTERS - MANHATTAN - DAWN

The East River reflects a strange, ethereal gold. The sky above Manhattan is divided by three towering beams of celestial light that pierce the clouds, originating from an infinite height.

In the plaza below, millions of citizens and delegates have gathered in reverent silence. Banners flutter in the dawn breeze, most notably the luminous PEACE banner and the golden plaque proclaiming the mandate to eradicate global poverty.

SCENE 2: INT. UN SECURITY COUNCIL CHAMBER - CONTINUOUS

Emergency screens flicker with live feeds from Washington, D.C., where the White House is similarly bathed in radiant, unbroken golden light.

Ambassador Marcus Chen stares at his tablet, where global markets are frozen in unprecedented stasis. Not a single stock has moved; currency exchanges worldwide have halted before the sheer magnitude of the event.

AMBASSADOR CHEN
(Quietly)
Wall Street is dark. Capitol Hill is silent. The President... the President has instructed all departments to cease standard operations and await the UN's lead.

SECRETARY-GENERAL VANCE
(Standing at the head of the horseshoe table)
This is no longer a political crisis, Marcus. This is an absolute mandate. For decades, we debated poverty as a distant statistical goal. Today, the Creator has set the agenda.

SCENE 3: INT. UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY HALL - LATER MORNING

The cavernous hall is overflowing. Delegations from all 193 member states are present. The air is thick with anticipation.

Secretary-General Vance steps up to the central mahogany podium. The murmurs instantly die away.

SECRETARY-GENERAL VANCE
Excellencies, distinguished delegates, and citizens of the world. At dawn today, a divine directive from Almighty God—the Holy Trinity—was manifested across the capitals of our world. The message is as uncompromising as it is merciful: at a time when the world, and developing nations in particular, require their basic needs met—food, clothing, housing, healthcare, education, employment—the United States and the United Nations must work towards this goal to eradicate global poverty once and for all.

A murmur of profound realization ripples through the assembly.

SECRETARY-GENERAL VANCE (CONT'D)
For generations, we treated basic human survival as a privilege contingent upon economic output. We hoarded resources while children starved; we debated health while preventable diseases ravaged entire continents. The divine mandate before us strips away our excuses.

She gestures toward the massive floor-to-ceiling windows, where the golden beams of light continue to illuminate the Manhattan skyline.

SECRETARY-GENERAL VANCE (CONT'D)
We are called not to manage poverty, but to abolish it.

SCENE 4: INT. GENERAL ASSEMBLY HALL - CONTINUOUS

Ambassador Amina Kaleb takes the microphone at the African bloc's podium. Her voice rings with emotional power and righteous clarity.

AMBASSADOR KALEB
For decades, the nations of the Global South stood at the periphery of prosperity, bearing the weight of structural debt while our soils yielded wealth for others. Today, the Creator has spoken the truth we whispered in our prayers: poverty is not inevitable; it is an injustice that defies divine law.

Ambassador Kaleb turns directly toward the American delegation.

AMBASSADOR KALEB (CONT'D)
United States of America, and all industrial powers: the tools of abundance are in your hands. Will you answer the mandate?

Ambassador Marcus Chen slowly rises from his seat. He walks deliberately to the US podium, buttoning his jacket. The entire assembly holds its breath.

AMBASSADOR CHEN
The United States acknowledges the sovereign mandate. We recognize that our wealth was never meant to be a fortress, but a bridge. As of this hour, the United States places its full industrial capacity, its financial architecture, and its partnership with the United Nations at the service of this sacred mission. We will not rest until every human being on Earth has food on their table, a roof over their head, healing for their body, knowledge for their mind, and dignity in their labor.

SCENE 5: EXT. UNITED NATIONS PLAZA - DAY

Inside the hall, a thunderous, unified ovation breaks out—not the polite clapping of diplomatic protocol, but a profound, emotional roar of global agreement.

Outside in the plaza, the golden beams of light flare with a warm, approving brilliance. White doves take flight from the base of the monuments, soaring into the clear, peaceful sky.

The colossal PEACE banner flutters gently in the wind as the world finally begins its journey toward universal abundance and divine harmony.

FADE OUT.
