Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) said Sunday there is a "big possibility" that former Rep. Mary Peltola (D-Alaska) won't be seated even if she wins Alaska's Senate race, following reports that her campaign participated in a "ballot-stacking" scheme.
Comer, who chairs the House Oversight Committee, was asked during his appearance on Fox News's "Sunday Morning" if there was a possibility Peltola would not be seated even if she won the election.
"That's a big possibility. I have not spoken to Sen. Thune about that," Comer said, referring to Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.).
